Why Ho Tram, and why now?
With Long Thanh International Airport's commercial operation expected in December 2026 and the Bien Hoa–Vung Tau expressway having opened its mainline in May 2026, access to Ho Tram from the Ho Chi Minh City direction is steadily improving. MAIA / Peace Tower, operated by Fusion, stands on the beachfront within the integrated resort The Grand Ho Tram, held between old-growth forest and the sea.
Features
A resort residence between the forest and the sea

Facing the sea, with the beach in front
Peace Tower stands on the beachfront of The Grand Ho Tram, and its sea-facing units look directly out to sea. Ocean-view units are available, on a site held between a long stretch of sand and the greenery of the Phuoc Buu nature reserve (approx. 1,000 ha).

Fully furnished residences operated by Fusion
Operated by the international resort brand Fusion. Units come with premium interiors and international-standard fittings, and after handover owners may join the Fusion rental pool programme. Returns vary with occupancy, room rates and operating performance, and are not guaranteed (we share the terms and any projections with you individually).

An integrated resort of golf, beach and nature
The Bluffs golf course designed by Greg Norman, along with the beach club and restaurants of The Grand Ho Tram, are close by — whether for weekend stays or a longer second life.

Legal & Safety
Legal evidence
Ownership structure: This is a condotel on commercial/service land (a non-residential property). It is acquired either through a long-term lease agreement or a non-residential sale and purchase agreement (SPA), so the nature and term of the rights differ from ordinary home ownership. The land use certificate for the project land states a land-use term to March 2058; a buyer's holding period and renewal conditions need to be confirmed case by case. Whether foreign nationals may acquire it, and on what conditions, is not settled, so we cannot tell you that a foreign national may acquire one. Ownership in perpetuity is not guaranteed. We share the current form, term, eligibility and costs of acquisition with you individually (please also confirm the details with your own professional advisers).
Honest View
Before you consider it, here are the risks and caveats
Overseas real estate, and condotels in particular, carry specific risks. Please read the following and use it as part of your own judgement.
Form of acquisition (a condotel on commercial land)
This is not housing but a condotel on commercial/service land (a non-residential property). It is acquired through a long-term lease or a non-residential sale (with a non-residential certificate after handover), so the nature and term of the rights differ from ordinary home ownership. The land use certificate for the project land states a land-use term to March 2058, and a buyer's holding period and renewal conditions require confirmation. Please check the details with us.
Whether foreign nationals may acquire it
Whether foreign nationals may acquire units here, and on what conditions, is not settled, so we cannot tell you that a foreign national may acquire one. We share the position, the contract form (lease or sale) and the terms with you individually via LINE.
Income from the rental pool
There is a rental programme operated by Fusion that owners may join, but income varies with occupancy, room rates and operating performance, and is not guaranteed. We share the specific terms and any projections with you (they are not a guarantee of future income).
Currency fluctuation
Purchases, remittances and rent are denominated in Vietnamese dong or US dollars. The acquisition cost and income in your home currency will move with exchange rates (any converted figures shown on this site are estimates only).
The period until handover
This is an off-plan sale of a property under construction. Handover is expected in Q3 2027 (an estimate), and completion and handover may be earlier or later.

Next Step
Prices, availability and materials for this off-plan property, shared with you
Because the property is still pre-completion, we can share current prices, availability and unit-type materials early. You are welcome to ask about the form of acquisition (lease or sale), whether foreign nationals may acquire it, and the rental programme. Reach us on LINE, Zalo or by email — we reply in English, Japanese and Vietnamese. Please note the property documents themselves are currently available in Japanese.
Get in touch → we send the materials → talk with us only if you want to. No pushy sales calls, questions alone are fine.
Important notes
Prices, availability, the form of acquisition (lease or sale), whether foreign nationals may acquire it, and the terms of the rental programme are shared with you individually (on LINE, Zalo or by email).
